Deliveries and Returns


At this time, Infracam primarily delivers within the United Kingdom.

For all international enquiries, please contact us to discuss your sale and arrange a delivery method.


Infracam offers the following delivery charges for the United Kingdom:

  • Free 4-7 Working Day Delivery: UK orders over £99.00+VAT
  • Standard 3-5 Working Day Delivery (£4.95) for all orders under £99.00+VAT

All orders are dispatched as soon as possible of your order being received and fully paid. After an order has been successfully placed, you will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been received and is now being processed for delivery.

Please note that some infrared camera models have different delivery times depending on availability – please contact us for more details.

In the rare occurrence that your order is delayed, we will contact you immediately via phone or email.



In the event that a customer changes their mind or is not satisfied with their order, Infracam wants the returns process to be as easy as possible. This is why a Returns Form is included within every package that we send out for delivery. Simply follow the five-step guide outlined on the form and send the package back to us using a recorded delivery service for an exchange or a refund of the product.

Returned goods will however not be accepted without prior authorisation. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number prior to returning any goods and ensure this number is quoted on all paperwork.

If a return of Goods is required, this must be within 14 days of the Buyer receiving the delivery.

Returned orders must be:

In the same condition as they were before sale and in perfect working order. The respective product packaging should be undamaged and all accessories that were included with the item accounted for. If software is included with the product then this must also have remained unused. Returned Goods that do not meet this description unfortunately cannot be considered for a refund or exchange.


Due to the personalised nature of orders that are made to the Buyers specifications, Infracam are unable to accept the return of these items.


Where a customer purchases a bundle or kit offer, Infracam will not accept a refund of any single component within the bundle. The complete bundle must be returned in an immediately resalable condition as above.

Any products or services within the bundle that are excluded from the refund as stated above will be dealt with as stated.

All Free items must be returned with the goods as part of the package or paid for in full.


Infracam accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to products in transit from the customer to Infracam or for any items received by Infracam. Infracam shall cover the return delivery cost only in the event that the product is found to be defective.

In the eventuality that you wish to return an item, we recommend the use of a recorded delivery service.


Infracam will issue a full refund for items purchased online that are returned according to our above Returns Policy. We will endeavour to issue a refund to the original purchaser’s debit or credit card as soon as possible or at least within 18 working days from processing the return.
